Achieving high performance doesn't have to be complicated! Mastering the basics is key. Let's go!

This Gran Fondo program offers training 5 days/week (3 weekdays, 2 weekends) with two days of testing in week two. These insights optimize your training.

Preparation



  • If you have a bike, you're good to go!

  • A Power Meter is helpful, but Heart Rate or RPE works too.

  • Commit to 5 days riding, up to 8 hours/week.

  • Rides can be on a trainer or outdoors.
