About this Training Plan for Shorter Gravel Races under 5 hours
We hesitate to call these events 'short' so we call them speedy! This a Gravel Cycling Training plan designed to get you ready for a solid performance at a Speedy Gravel Race under 5 hours in duration such as Paris to Ancaster, Rasputitsa or similar events that are generally 50k, 50 miles or 100k distances.
This plan will get you fit but also make sure you are prepared in-line with our Consummate Athlete philosophy. It follows the same progressions and ideas used by many adult athletes to reach podiums, personal bests and victory!
This is a 2 month (9 week) Specific Build Training plan that requires ~5-11+ hours of training each week and provides numerous options to extend if you have additional time or days available.
