It's free to talk to a TrainingPeaks Accredited Coach before deciding if a coaching service is right for you! Once we connect you with the coach, you can schedule a time to talk to him/her, then you can decide if that coach is the right fit for you.

Do I have to sign up if I'm matched with a coach?

No. Once you have been matched with a coach it’s up to you if you want to sign up.

Are there any time commitments?

No. You will be billed monthly and can cancel at any time by contacting a Coach Match Specialist. Cancellations will take effect on the next month’s payment date.

How will I communicate with my coach?

You will primarily receive your workouts from your coach through TrainingPeaks. The amount of additional phone and email communication you have with your coach varies based on the package you choose.

What is the 30 day money back guarantee?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your coach, you can request to get re-matched or cancel at any time within the first 30 days. Keep in mind working with a coach is a process and seeing results may take longer than a few weeks.
