I came to the sport of triathlon later than most, not participating in my first sprint until the age of 48. At 50 I participated in my 1st Ironman and have been in love with the sport ever since. Since that first full distance race, I have competed in countless multi-discipline races to include Escape from Alcatraz and 13 Ironman races; plus numerous marathons and 70.3 races.

I am a USAT level I coach and hold serval certification to include Long Course and Youth Athlete Triathlon Training
