As a nationally and internationally certified coach with 24 years of experience, I have helped thousands of people from beginners starting a new chapter in their life to the advanced competitive athlete looking to break a personal record. My expertise lies in coaching endurance athletes for running, cycling, triathlon, duathlon, strength, and weight loss. I am certified in all these areas, offering a variety of services.

I have been racing in various endurance sports throughout my adult life. I competed in running, triathlon and duathlon for 8+ years, including two ironman-distance races. Then switched to mountain biking and cyclocross. In 2018, I completed TransRockies Singletrack 6 and in 2019, completed the TransRockies Classic 7-day race. XC marathon and stage racing is my jam!

Other major athletic accomplishments: qualified for the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships; 2nd Female B Cat Nova Scotia Mountain Bike Provincials; 2nd Female Overall Nova Scotia Cyclocross Series.⁣
