I have been coaching at the highest levels for 23 years...and love helping athletes reach their goals.
As Owner of Running Solutions, a finish line an coaching LLC. I am available to my athletes in real time. I have had athletes in every Olympic Trials for the marathon/track and field since 1996. Several Ironman World Championship qualifiers.
A career naval officer, athlete, scoutmaster, teacher and coach. Started in the pool by age 5, running since 7th grade, and triathlon since early 80's when stationed in San Diego. Hired by Navy 23 years ago to work with the Navy's elite runners and athletes.
