Nach vielen Jahren im Mannschaftsport habe ich 2010 mit dem Triathlon begonnen. Nach vielen aktiven Jahren bei nationalen und internationalen Wettkämpfen möchte auch anderen helfen das Beste aus sich rauszuholen.
