Optimum is founded by Kasper Hartl Hansen, a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist and performance coach, with a special focus on endurance sports and a passion for cycling.
Kasper founded Optimum, based on a philosophy that combine the collective athlete specific performance dependent parameters: training, nutrition, coaching and recovery, in a singular concept. Offering a solid platform for building, maintaining and expanding performance, for athletes on all levels.
