I've been cycling and racing for 30 years since I was 15. I trained as a teacher and took those skills to my coaching career. I'm a firm believer that hard work combined with sufficient rest bring results. The training is hard but I feel it is important to keep some enjoyment in our riding.I get as much satisfaction coaching a complete novice riding a Sportive as a Pro rider in Europe.The key to successful coaching is communication between athlete and coach. We are all different and respond differently to training, success and stress.Anyone can benefit from a coaching plan whether you are a complete novice or seasoned rider.I love my cycling and love coaching. What a great job:- work,hobby and fun all wrapped up togther.Train hard, rest hard and enjoy safe cycling!
