I work with triathletes, runners, and multi-sport athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities from all over the world. I am deeply committed to getting to know my athletes and look at each one holistically so I am able to create customized and individual training plans to set them up to not only meet and exceed their goals, but be healthy, happy, and have fun in the process!
I’m often asked…what is my “philosophy” as a triathlon coach? Sooo, here we go :)
No two athletes are the same, so I believe having training plans custom made for you, your goals, your lifestyle, and your abilities are KEY to your success. I believe training plans shouldn’t “look” the same, and are most impactful with plenty of thought, creativity, and knowledge behind each one. That is why I find getting to know my athletes well, having open lines of communication and feedback are SO important, and something I value deeply as a coach.
I look at my athletes holistically - training, racing, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle - I believe this is incredibly important to create the most successful athlete / coach relationship, and set each athlete up to succeed.
I believe everything is “figure-out-able”, and I take the guesswork out of training for my athletes. I always find creative ways to help my athletes manage training around “life stuff” like busy travel schedules, family, kids, personal and professional commitments, holidays, events, etc.
Through my USA Triathlon Level 1 & 2 Coaching Certifications, Training Peaks Level 1 & 2 Certifications, Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certification, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 1 & 2 Certifications, and Reiki Level 1 & 2 Attunement, I have a strong and diverse educational background to support each and every one of you.
