Head Coach of Atlas Multisports with a focus on writing programs to suit the individual. From Beginner to Advanced, short distance to Ironman, my goal is to help the Athlete achieve their goal.
We also have a squad based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Australia and also offer training camps and clinics throughout the year.
Ex-professional triathlete, have traveled extensively with triathlon over both long and short course distances. My love of triathlon and long distance running began at 14 and continues today. During my successful professional I raced for a French team in Tour in the Loire Valley in France, gaining significant knowledge and skills as an athlete from this experience. I have since competed in long course and Ironman events and am a former ITU Age Group World Long Course champion.
