We are a coaching team with a performance network.
Based in Dublin and Wicklow we coach athletes from around Ireland and Europe - from beginner triathletes to Pro Ironman, sportive riders and national level cyclists, competitive swimmers to channel swimmers, 5km runners to marathoners.
We offer highly detailed training programmes, coached club sessions, video analysis, physiological testing and also self managed 8 or 16 week programmes bespoke to you.
