I began in 2002, as the swimmer in a sprint relay. Since then, I've dedicated myself to achieving the goal of qualifying for the IMWC in Kona. Throughout the journey, I experienced many setbacks but never gave up on the dream. With my knowledge I can help you. Over the 20+ years, I completed 28 x 140.6 races and numerous 70.3’s. I am a multiple time Boston qualifier and 8 time Ironman World Championship finisher. In addition, to Kona I completed Ultraman Florida 2023. USA Triathlon National Champion 55-59 and Masters Champion. I hold the GFT course record for m50-54. Florida State Masters Champion Space Coast Marathon 2019 (3:10).
At the Ironman World Championship 10/14/23 I coach and guided Adrienne Bunn to a world record as the youngest ever to finish the IMWC as she crossed the finish line (12:41) First in the PCID Division. I have been coaching Adrienne since May 23’.
