A sports therapist with 10+ years in the industry, I specialise in helping beginner runners complete their first 50k as well as intermediate athletes looking for their next challenge! Having completed 15+ ultra marathons, as well as regularly supporting events across the UK, you could say I have a passion for ultra endurance events!
Combining my professional and active experience, my aim is to provide runners with a practical, safe and progressive means of working towards their goals.
I hold a broad range of qualifications, providing a rounded approach to athlete care and performance. Originally qualifying as a sports massage therapist, I went on to study the management and prevention of sports injuries, ultimately falling in love with performance sport. Flash forward 10 years, I've gained certificates in strength and conditioning, am currently wrapping up a sport science degree and continue to seek further professional development that will ultimately enhance the service I provide.
