I like to focus on areas of training through structure workouts that I create that are catered towards any goal an athlete. this can involve base build, sweet spot training, or Vo2 max. it can also go week by week or annually or even monthly depending on the daily life schedule each athlete has. I also work closely with nutrition and psychology. I like to use Zwift to help with indoor training and blocks of good structured workouts and also incorporate outside routes.
I am 26 years old and live in Park City Utah. Born in the front range of Colorado. Now living in Park City
I was an all-star road and track rider on the collegiate team and became a pro road rider my sophomore year of college (2018). I have been Zwifting since the beta years. Training on the trainer came naturally to me. Once I heard there was this cool new virtual world coming out, I was hooked. In 2018 I decided to get more into Zwift as well during the cold Colorado winters and tried for the Zwift Academy and a few races. In 2019, I again did the Zwift academy making the semi finals and really starting to get into some good virtual racing. 2020 came along though it was rough, I graduated College (Fort Lewis College) with a B.A. in Psychology I moved to Park City Utah with my Husband (Matthew Turner).
I have been racing for over ten years now and have may many years of experience with Training and racing road, gravel, and Zwift.
I have also acquired a level 1 Training Peaks and level 1 USA cycling, advanced Sports Nutrition through shaw academy (and currently getting another through NASM). I continue to build upon my certifications within coaching, nutrition and sports psychology.
My goal is to help other reach their goals and reach their potential. My methodology is to coach in all areas of body (physiology), mind (psychology), and science (nutrition). I strive to keep connection and work on the full balance of life along with training.
