I'm an endurance coach based in middle of Sweden. I offer online and local coahing.

My current clients are age-group triathletes, cross country skiers and runners. My coaching philosophy has been shaped by education and years of experience in diffrent sports. I have a backgroud as a ice-hockey player.

I know how it is to fit in training with work, kids and family obligations. I'm excited about helping other athletes to reach their goals, without burnout and a broken relationship.
